Assistant Account Executive

The agency’s Account Leadership department is currently seeking an organized, energetic go-getter to support multiple fast-paced accounts. Ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and be eager to learn all facets of the advertising industry.


Responsibilities are aplenty and vary from day-to-day:

  • Learn agency account administrative functions
  • Gain understanding of Agency disciplines
  • Create and manage project schedules
  • Coordinate and facilitate agency workflow
  • Create spreadsheets/reports as needed
  • Write conference reports/meeting notes
  • Assist and manage production of print/collateral/digital/social/broadcast projects
  • Assist Account Supervisor and Account Executives as needed
  • Handle research assignments for new business


  • Related internship experience a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field, such as marketing or advertising
  • Possess a genuine interest in advertising and is eager to learn and ask questions
  • Positive attitude a must
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
