Shentel Connects with Customers to Kick Off Gift Card Promotion

Shentel is a broadband provider serving rural communities in Virginia and West Virginia. They face stiff competition from national providers. GKV created a campaign to launch a first quarter promotion aimed at selling Triple Play (cable, phone and Internet) services. The TV spot features happy customers who submitted “selfies” of themselves with a $100 gift card. A great music track called “I Like It” gives the spot a ton of energy. This real people creative approach supports Shentel’s unique position as the region’s only local provider.

The integrated campaign also included direct mail and radio executions.
