Tom has over 20 years of marketing experience developing successful integrated strategic advertising campaigns. His philosophy to develop strategy is understanding client goals and integrating consumer insight to create the most impactful communication possible across multiple channels. In today’s increasingly fragmented market, reaching the customer with the right message, in the right environment, at the right time is becoming increasingly difficult. Tom believes that by taking an analytic, consumer-focused approach, you can uncover relevant insights that can truly impact a client’s business.
Tom has managed the Clover Health Account since joining GKV 2 years ago. He has broad background across the consumer and business-to-business audiences, with experience in categories that include CRM loyalty marketing, CPG, DIY/hardware, financial services, property & casualty insurance, gaming/lottery, home fashion and retail.
Tom has a bachelor’s degree in communication from Bethany College and an MBA from Robert Morris University. Tom and his wife, Catherine, live in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania.
