Barbara has more than 20 years of creative market research experience in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries. Before joining Ironwood Insights Group, she was the principal of The Research Group in Baltimore. Recognized with numerous awards and accolades, Barbara has been named one of “Maryland’s Top 100 Business Women,” “Future 50 Companies” and “Capitol Region/Maryland Top 100 MBE.”

Barbara brings a comprehensive understanding of strategic marketing principles, along with current trends and practices in qualitative behavioral science, to her clients. She is expert in managing client teams, project priorities, and creatively implementing methodologies to discover intimate, underlying feelings from respondents. Her depth of experience in the behavioral sciences and qualitative research creates an environment where discovery of results directly impacts strategic decisions. She earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing & management from the University of Maryland.

Drew Kondylas,

Executive Vice President, Partner Success – Unified Partnerships, iHeart Media

Drew has more than 20 years of experience working with public agencies, private sector companies, political campaigns and nonprofit organizations, including multiple statewide campaigns in Pennsylvania. He specializes in data-driven integrated marketing analysis and is an audience development expert with diverse experience in identifying emerging opportunities to lead growth and customer/donor/voter acquisition.

With iHeartMedia since 2016, Drew has overseen planning and buying operations for clients of all sizes and has used iHeartMedia’s advanced audience targeting and data capabilities to build complex outreach, advocacy and behavior change campaigns. Prior to joining iHeartMedia, he worked on a variety of campaigns that targeted specific audiences, including hard-to-reach segments for state campaigns in Louisiana, Colorado, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland and Virginia. Drew holds a bachelor’s degree in corporate communications from Drexel University in Philadelphia.

Andrew has more than 20 years of healthcare marketing experience and has led successful acquisition, retention and branding campaigns for a number of healthcare organizations, including Blue Shield of California, Brown & Toland Physicians, Clover Health, Elderplan, Health Alliance, MJHS, Maryland Managed Care Organization Association, Molina Healthcare and PacifiCare Secure Horizons.

Andrew joined GKV in 2002 and is a graduate of the University of Maryland with a bachelor’s degree in marketing.

Stacey Wynia,

GKV’s Director of Public Relations and Social Media

Stacey leads public relations, social media and grassroots event work for GKV clients. Along with her team, she provides strategic guidance in the development and execution of public relations plans, earned media campaigns, strategic messaging and social media marketing, including social media planning, content creation, publishing, advertising and reporting.

Before joining GKV, Stacey worked at Golin as an Account Supervisor for clients such as Amazon and Toyota; at Mattel as Director of Communications, developing public relations campaigns for Mattel brand consumer products; and most recently at Taylor Strategies as Senior Vice President, where she helped build business by developing creative campaigns and led anchor accounts, such as MasterCard and P&G. Stacey received a bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Maryland.
