On Giving Tuesday, GKV had the pleasure of volunteering with Building STEPS at their annual Tour de Workforce career exploration event. The event included a simulated career fair designed to expose students to numerous career opportunities and prepare them for professional conversations.
Baltimore City high school juniors in the Building STEPS program had the opportunity to ask questions, explore their interests and engage in conversations with professionals. The day concluded with a shark tank challenge, creating an elevator pitch to sell a product.
